The story of Strongness begins in 1882 in Chur, Graubünden. The lip balm was first produced at the Rosenapotheke in Lower Alley, run by Joseph Anton Lohr and his wife Anna Augusta Lohr-Essich – the birthplace of a Swiss traditional product.
